RHETORICS, IDEALS, AND COMMITMENT

all rhetorics must start firm with reality, so the vision of one man can become the ideals for all:
“Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe to assure the survival and the success of liberty...”
...And so, my fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you — ask what you can do for your country.” -President J.F. Kennedy
A young JFK in Congress: commitment to politics and public service --
was it a privilege of the "have's" or love for the "have-nots," or both?
